ZeroTrain API Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ZeroTrain API, services, and related software (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ZeroTrain provides a deterministic decision inference engine designed to evaluate structured input data and produce actions, scores, and decision outputs.

The Service is provided via APIs and related developer tools.

2. API Access

Access to the ZeroTrain API requires a valid API key.

  • API keys must be kept secure.
  • API keys must not be shared publicly.
  • Attempts to bypass service limits or protections are prohibited.

ZeroTrain may suspend or revoke API access for misuse or abuse.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Perform malicious attacks
  • Abuse system resources
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the service infrastructure

4. Service Availability

ZeroTrain strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure changes, or upgrades.

5. Intellectual Property

The ZeroTrain engine, algorithms, and related technology are proprietary intellectual property of ZeroTrain.ai.

Use of the API does not grant ownership of the underlying technology.

6. Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for the data they submit to the Service.

ZeroTrain does not claim ownership of user-submitted data and processes data solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

ZeroTrain shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, including business interruption, data loss, or decisions made using API results.

8. Changes to Terms

ZeroTrain may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
